Overview
Insud Pharma, a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation, is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor for its injectable manufacturing plant in Azuqueca de Henares. Insud Pharma operates across three synergistic business areas – Industrial (Chemo), Branded (Exeltis), and Biotech (mAbxience) – and employs more than 9,000 professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the QA team to ensure the quality system for injectable products, including CAPAs, deviations, root‑cause analysis, and trend analysis.
* Approve validation and qualification documentation (protocols and reports) for equipment and facilities.
* Coordinate training and compliance with GMP regulations for plant personnel.
* Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, managing corrective and preventive actions.
* Develop and review standard operating procedures and analytical methods.
* Manage change control, customer complaints, and supplier quality activities.
* Collaborate with production on rapid decision‑making to prevent impact on GMP compliance.
* Track and approve lot deviations and release of material in quarantine.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Sciences, or related field; MBA desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years in a QA department of a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, with experience managing QA teams.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of EU and FDA GMP standards (NCF).
* Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
