Support the editorial process for academic research journals in your domain.Contact experts and organize the peer-review process for submitted manuscripts, ensuring timely completion.Handle email communications between involved parties.Format manuscripts according to our standards, adhering to deadlines with high consistency.Collaborate with the editorial and production teams, including the Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, authors, and reviewers, to ensure smooth operations and timely publication.Monitor research progress in your discipline and assist the Managing Editor in journal development goals.Requirements
Master’s or PhD degree in relevant subjects (PhD preferred).Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience in scholarly publishing is advantageous but not required.Legal authorization to work in Spain and residency in Spain.What We Offer
