The Opportunity
Location: Barcelona
1 Year Contract
In the Carolina Herrera HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Animations Project Manager. The graduate will be in charge of assisting the team on the development of the future product development projects and marketing plans for the brand.
What you'll have to do
Support Manager across all stages of the product development process from market and data analysis to concept creation for new launches (moodboards, concept research, naming, coffret packaging, retail and design ideas)
Assist in coordinating the creation of all supporting materials to ensure timely, successful launches in collaboration with internal teams and departments
Prepare and design marketing presentations for key business meetings, ensuring high-quality, visually consistent materials that reflect brand identity
Craft detailed design briefs for creative partners, packaging design, artwork execution, renders, and mockup creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Shopping Experience, PR & Communication, Media & E-Tailing, Operation, Operacional etc.) to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and campaigns
Provide cross-category support for the marketing team through back-office coordination: managing samples for photoshoots, events, and major presentations, as well as overseeing product inventory and orders to ensure full availability

You are passionate & creative candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English. You have a special sensibility and taste, mixed with strong organizational skills. You have this sensitivity to Fashion and beauty industry, and you are someone flexible and reactive.
Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice)
Education: University Degree or Master in Art, Design, Business School, Communications or Marketing.
Languages: Spanish & English mandatory, French would be a plus.
