What challenge will you be taking on?
You will join a team highly specialized in the development of critical systems for defense and aerospace, where reliability is non-negotiable.
You’ll be a key player in the Verification and Validation (V&V)/Quality Assurance strategy, participating in technical decisions from early stages and ensuring quality, traceability, and compliance with requirements throughout the system’s entire lifecycle.
You will lead and execute V&V activities: from defining the strategy and test environments to overseeing validation campaigns. You will work closely with development, systems, and the client, having a direct impact on the final acceptance of the product.
What do we need in our team?
We are seeking an aeronautical, telecommunications, computer science, industrial, or similar engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the verification and validation of critical systems, ideally in the aerospace sector.
We value candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the system lifecycle, capable of handling tasks from requirements analysis through to final validation, and with real-world experience in environments where quality and traceability are critical.
Requirements:
- Experience in defining and executing software and system-level tests.
- Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
- Involvement in the development of V&V documentation (plans, procedures, reports).
- Experience in defining HW/SW test environments.
- Programming knowledge in Python and C/C++.
- Proficiency with V&V tools such as DOORS, Jira, Jenkins, and Pytest.
Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of standards such as PECAL, IEC, or other equivalents.
