This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. This role is based in Catalunya and can be performed from our Barcelona office. /ppYour Job /pulliYou will identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya. /liliYou will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships. /liliYou will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program. /liliYou will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development /liliYou will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence. /liliYou will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved. /liliInternally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
