Head of Delivery
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Lead the operational execution of all the company's projects, ensuring the correct planning, implementation and monitoring of ERP solutions and IT consulting services.Coordinate and supervise the technical and consulting teams, ensuring an efficient distribution of tasks, compliance with deadlines and high quality standards in each delivery.Establish and optimize internal processes that improve operational efficiency, team productivity, and project profitability.Conflict management. Identification and early warning of risks in clients/projects and/or work teams. Taking corrective measures suitably supported by the management team.Collaborate with the commercial, technical and customer service areas to ensure a consistent and satisfactory customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operations performance and make data-driven decisions.Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies, driving operational innovation and adapting processes to new technologies or market changes.Manage operating budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources and compliance with the company's financial objectives.Ensure quality and regulatory compliance, including internal standards, industry regulations, and Microsoft partner requirements.As a member of the management committee, participate in strategic decision-making, providing an operational vision that contributes to the sustainable growth of the business.Foster a culture of high performance, open communication, teamwork, and customer orientation within the organization.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (applications that do not meet these requirements will be rejected directly).
Minimum experience of 5 years in leadership roles, team leader, department head in IT or technology consulting companies, preferably in ERP implementation.In-depth knowledge of ERP solutions, especially in Microsoft environments (preferred).Demonstrated skills in team management, strategic planning, and data analysis.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.High level of English to coordinate and be able to take an active part in international corporate work groups.Availability to travel periodically, nationally and internationally.Analytical, organized, results-oriented person, with communication, leadership and empathy skills, accustomed to working with multidisciplinary profiles.
