We are searching for highly motivated engineers with an excellent background in calibration and proficiency in English and Spanish to join our team in Valladolid.
The role combines technical responsibility and project management within a hybrid vehicle calibration team.
Expected Tasks
1. Lead calibration development towards industrialization or serial phases.
2. Summarize status updates from Software Development, Calibration, and Validation teams.
3. Calibrate components such as HEVC (Hybrid and Electrical Vehicle Controller), HECM (Engine Main Control Unit), and high voltage components (BMS + Inverter).
4. Manage calibration documentation and macro-planning activities.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring timing, preparing quality gates, reporting to project management and quality teams, supporting production plants, and achieving business quality, cost, delay, and performance commitments in compliance with regulations and business rules.
Candidate Profile
1. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
2. Engineering degree or equivalent; Master's degree is advantageous.
3. Over 5 years of experience in automotive topics such as calibration, validation, or software development.
4. Knowledge of powertrain and engine development, with a preference for hybrid systems.
5. Familiarity with high voltage components like BMS (Battery Management System) and Inverter (Electric Motor) is a plus.
6. High responsibility, goal-oriented attitude, and good social skills.
7. Participation in extracurricular activities like Formula Student is beneficial.
8. Valid driving license is required.
