Your profile
* Fluent in German and proficient in English.
* Previous technical sales experience is a plus but not required.
* Familiar with channel programs.
* Great negotiation management and strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and presentation skills.
* Goal-oriented and team player.
* Self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Good negotiation skills.
* Familiar with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.
Your day-to-day
* Manage partner forecasting and performance.
* Responsible for partner pipeline management.
* Detect new opportunities, and drive successful deal closings.
* Responsible for developing the business sell-out, growth, and margin of your portfolio of partners.
* Understand your partners’ market and competition.
* Educate the partner sales force on the company’s products and services.
* Create partner loyalty.
* Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.
* Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information.
* Work together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification, and other strategies.
