We invite you to join our food revolution with the goal of creating a healthier world. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Health Marketing to help the development and execution of strategic engagement plans with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Role & Responsibilities
Support the creation and implementation of HCP engagement digital plans in collaboration with R&I, Scientific and Marketing teams.
Manage logistics for HCP speaker programs, congresses, and meetings.
Use digital platforms and tools to enhance HCP engagement strategies (e.g., CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, analytics dashboards).
Maintain accurate records of HCP engagements and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Monitor and report on engagement KPIs and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of engagement activities.
Support the preparation of materials and documentation for internal reviews and approvals.
Support the transition of medical and scientific insights into consumer-relevant value propositions and marketing activation ideas, in collaboration with Marketing & Brand Teams.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Marketing, or related roles (internships included).
Digital skills; strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., CRM, virtual event platforms, data visualization tools).
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Interest in healthcare, consumer marketing, brand strategy, and stakeholder management.
