They are reshaping the data centre industry through sustainable innovation and are seeking a Project Director to help scale further.
What You'll Do
As a Project Director, you'll lead high-impact, client-facing projects—ensuring seamless execution across the full lifecycle: from pre-sales support and final design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
You'll manage multi-disciplinary teams (internal and external), shape project timelines and technical delivery, and act as a strategic partner to clients across Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multi-site data centre infrastructure projects across EMEA.
* Drive planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and quality assurance from design through commissioning.
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to translate client needs into actionable project plans.
* Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams—ensuring alignment on technical, financial, and timeline expectations.
* Implement rigorous project controls and proactively resolve delivery issues.
* Maintain a focus on sustainability, safety, and innovation throughout execution.
* Coordinate reporting and updates for key stakeholders.
What You Bring
* 10+ years in technical project delivery, ideally within data centre or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
* Proven experience managing complex, cross-border projects.
* Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
* Understanding of cooling systems, power infrastructure, or data centre operations is a plus.
* Collaborative mindset with ownership and drive under tight timelines.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
* Ability to travel extensively across Europe, the UAE, and the UK as required.
Remote working with periodic travel to client sites and HQ. Potential for extension or permanent hire.
