We are looking for a **Trainer Manager based in Barcelona or remote in Spain **at the earliest possible starting date. Please read the below description carefully and feel free to connect with your recruiter for any questions.

**What you can expect here**:
- Your mission will be to hire and support our language teachers located all over the world, enabling them to deliver high quality online language courses.
- Act as main point of contact for a dedicated trainer pool
- Provide ongoing Teacher support through the trainer’s life cycle (recruitment, administration, onboarding, ongoing support, exit)
- Manage a trainer pool delivering courses to a general customer base
- Must be an open-minded pioneer who does not hesitate to think outside the box and be a relentless executor of innovative ideas!
**What we’re looking for**:
- You are fluent in English; any other language skills are a plus!
- You have teaching experience as well as experience managing other teachers
- You have experience in recruitment and training (preferred)
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- A high level of comfort using internet-based software and technology and have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) installed
- Friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys working in a team
