As an strongEnergy Solutions Provider focused on the development and management of renewable energy assets /strong and a strong presence across Europe, LatAm and North America, Exus takes pride in developing, owning, and operating large-scale, wind, solar, hydro and battery storage projects and hydro. /ppWith a unique approach to energy supply and decarbonization, Exus Renewables leverages its extensive technical, operational, and financial expertise to minimize risk and ensure the long-term viability and success of our investment and advisory portfolio. /ppbr/ppstrongYour Mission /strong /ppbr/ppAs part of the strongThird-Party Energy Services team /strong, the Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of Exus’ service offering across Europe, with a strong focus on technical asset management (TCAM), and OM-related services. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppThe role is structured around three main pillars: /ppbr/ppstrongBusiness Development Sales /strong /pulliLead the origination and development of new business opportunities across Europe, with a focus on renewable energy services (TCAM, OM, DSA, EM, PPA Origination etc.). /liliBuild and manage a strong pipeline of institutional clients, including funds, IPPs and utilities. /liliLead the full commercial cycle: client approach, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing. /liliIdentify cross-selling opportunities within existing clients and portfolios. /liliDevelop tailored value propositions aligned with client needs and asset characteristics. /liliSupport pricing strategy definition in coordination with internal teams. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMarket Intelligence Positioning /strong /pulliMonitor market trends across European renewable energy markets, with a particular focus on the UK and other core geographies. /liliAnalyse competitors’ service offerings, positioning and pricing. /liliIdentify new service opportunities based on market demand and regulatory evolution. /liliProvide structured market insights to senior management to support strategic decisions. /liliContribute to defining Exus’ positioning as a leading third-party service provider. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMarketing Commercial Strategy /strong /pulliSupport the development of marketing materials, proposals and client presentations. /liliEnsure consistency and quality of commercial documentation across geographies. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to define go-to-market strategies for new services. /liliParticipate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to strengthen Exus’ presence. /liliSupport brand positioning and visibility in key European markets. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCross-Functional Responsibilities /strong /pulliCoordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Asset Management teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of commercial proposals. /liliSupport internal alignment between commercial strategy and operational capacity. /liliContribute to improving internal commercial processes and tools (CRM, pipeline tracking, etc.). /liliPrepare regular reporting on pipeline, commercial performance and conversion rates. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat You Bring /strong /pulliUniversity degree in strongBusiness, Economics, Economics, Energy or Engineering /strong(Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or similar). /liliMinimum 5strong years of experience /strong in sales, business development or marketing within the renewable energy sector. /liliProven experience in strongselling services /strong such as Asset Management, OM, Technical Advisory or similar. /liliExperience working across strongpan-European markets /strong, with a strong preference for strongUK market exposure /strong. /liliExperience dealing with stronginstitutional clients /strong (funds, IPPs, utilities) is highly valued. /liliStrong track record in managing commercial processes and successfully closing deals. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLanguages: /strong /pullistrongFluent English /strong (C1 level). /lilistrongSpanish /strong at a professional level is essential. /liliOther languages will be considered an asset. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhy Join Exus? /strong /ppAt strongExus /strong, we’re more than just a renewable energy company — we’re a mission-driven, fast-growing team committed to accelerating the global energy transition.
