Digital Sales Team Manager – French Speaking

ADP is hiring Digital Sales Team Manager fluent in French.

Responsibilities

* Lead and coach the sales team: Drive the team forward, improve cold‑calling strategies, build relationships, uncover business needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
* Drive business forward: Reach and exceed sales goals.
* Deepen relationships across the ADP family: Strategically cross‑sell into existing accounts, spotlight other ADP products.
* Collaborate daily: Work with internal and external customers to maintain good customer relations.


Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience managing a sales team.
* Goal‑oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed quotas.
* Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
* Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
* Fluent in French and English.


Preferred Qualifications

* Coaching experience.
* Business‑to‑business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation, prospecting, and territory management.
* Motivated self‑starter with capacity to reach and exceed sales quotas.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
* Demonstrated cold‑calling sales ability with assertive, positive, persistent style.
* Effective communication across verbal, listening, written, with internal and external stakeholders.

* Highly competitive salary and uncapped commission, with double commission when achieving 100% YTD sales quota.
