The role
The Experience Curator — Head of Living & Lifestyle sits at the intersection of brand, hospitality and territory. You ensure that every home under the JB banner lives at the level of the brand — aesthetically, emotionally, operationally.
You lead two inseparable domains.
Living
— the care and presence that keeps a JB property alive. Home management, trusted provider coordination, hosting, owner relationships. Reporting that reads like a letter, not a spreadsheet.
Lifestyle
— the curated layer that connects owners and guests to the best of Jávea. Local experiences, private events, artisan introductions, seasonal rituals. The moments that make a place feel like home.
You report directly to the founders. You are not a coordinator. You are a curator with real authority and a mandate to set the standard.
Who we are looking for
Someone who has operated at senior level in luxury hospitality, high-end residential services, or lifestyle management — and who is ready to bring that into something more personal, more creative, and more meaningful.
You lead with taste. You execute with precision.
You speak English and Spanish fluently. Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
You understand the Mediterranean not as a backdrop, but as a way of living.
