Languages Needed : Polish, German, Flemish (Dutch / French), Scandinavian (Swedish / Norwegian)
Your mission? Use your persuasive skills to engage with qualified leads and past clients, book meetings for our buyer’s brokers, and create positive client experiences from the very first call - all while following our high standards and established SOPs.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Contact and engage with new leads and previous clients to generate interest and reactivate opportunities.
* Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our buyer’s brokers.
* Deliver personalized, value-driven conversations that align with client needs and company values.
* Follow company guidelines, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks in our CRM system.
* Represent our company with professionalism, positivity, and integrity on every call.
What We’re Looking For
* Location : Must reside on the Costa del Sol. This is an office-based role in Bel-Air (Estepona).
* Language Fluency : Native or fluent in Polish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, French, or Flemish. Bonus : Knowledge of multiple languages is a strong advantage.
* Preferred Experience : Previous telemarketing or inbound / outbound call experience is highly valued.
* Tech Savvy : Comfortable using CRM platforms, phone systems, and digital tools.
* Strong Communicator : Friendly, confident, and persuasive on the phone.
* Resilient and Target-Oriented : You’re motivated by results and handle rejection with professionalism.
* Team-Oriented : Positive attitude and eager to contribute to a supportive, fast-paced environment.
* Compliance-Focused : Able to follow scripts, adhere to SOPs, and represent the brand consistently.
* Availability : Willing to work 2 weekends per month as part of a rotating schedule.
