Job Title: Content & Social Media Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our content creation and marketing efforts in the B2B SaaS space. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for writing, basic understanding of SEO & Social Media, and desire to learn and grow in content marketing and lead generation.
About the Role:
You'll work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on LinkedIn, blog posts, webinars, and occasional social media updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation Support: Assist in writing and editing blog posts, social media content (specifically LinkedIn), success cases, and email campaigns that align with our B2B SaaS strategy.
* SEO Learning and Application: Collaborate with the team to understand and apply SEO best practices to all content, learning how to optimize for search engines.
* LinkedIn and Social Media Engagement: Help manage the company's LinkedIn presence by creating posts, supporting campaigns that generate leads, and occasionally updating content on other social media platforms.
* Support Webinar Initiatives: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of B2B webinars to educate and engage potential leads.
* Multilingual Content: Help create and manage content in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus), ensuring consistent messaging across languages.
* Basic Analytics: Monitor and report on basic content performance metrics to help refine strategies and improve engagement.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years working in content marketing.
* B2B SaaS familiarity: Some experience or exposure to the B2B SaaS industry, with an eagerness to learn and develop a deeper understanding.
* Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
* Basic SEO knowledge: Familiarity with SEO concepts and a willingness to learn how to apply them in content creation.
* Multilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus for writing and managing content in multiple languages.
* Social Media Experience: Expertise on LinkedIn and experience in ABM marketing to generate high-quality leads.
* Desire to Learn: A passion for growing your skills in content marketing, lead generation, and growth strategies.
* Soft Skills: Team Player, Detail-Oriented, Proactive and Eager to Learn.
