Rewards Specialist
What are we looking for
The People Rewards Partner will be responsible for designing, developing, analyzing, and executing Total Rewards programs globally, in alignment with our Company Core, mission, values, and DNA. They will collaborate with the Global Center of Excellence and ensure proper implementation across all regions through local People Services, working closely with People Leaders to define strategies that maximize the efficiency of the Total Rewards function. The role involves innovating and digitalizing knowledge and tools to ensure our rewards and people practices are competitive, drive business results, and support our short- and long-term vision, including needs analysis and innovative solutions.
What you will do
* Oversee the design, evolution, development, and maintenance of total rewards strategies and programs, including compensation, benefits, and mobility.
* Develop communication strategies and activities to inform employees and enhance employee value propositions.
* Participate in salary surveys, establish salary structures, and develop policies to ensure equitable and competitive compensation, including equity.
* Create and document a total rewards philosophy, along with policies, processes, communications, and calendars for activities such as promotions and annual increases.
* Develop the compensation function, including base pay, incentives, sales compensation, and equity administration; oversee the annual compensation review cycle and market data surveys.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs, ensuring alignment with business and talent strategies, and monitor market trends for improvements.
* Manage end-to-end total rewards programs, including Cosentino's global mobility strategy, policies, and processes aligned with talent strategy and core values.
* Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including designing self-service options for mobility programs.
* Prepare global total rewards plans and documents for executive review.
* Analyze new benefits programs' design and implementation.
* Provide education and counsel to leaders and HR teams on total rewards practices.
* Benchmark policies against internal feedback and external standards, and recommend improvements for rewards and mobility programs.
What you need to succeed
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
Preferred: Business MBA or Master’s in HR
Work experience
Required: 2-3 years of Total Rewards experience with increasing responsibilities
