About The Role

We are looking for a

Norwegian‑speaking Account Manager to join a dynamic team within the hospitality industry .
\n
In this role, you will manage client accounts, generate new opportunities, and ensure revenue growth by maintaining strong relationships with business clients and hospitality partners.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Use CRM tools to contact and qualify accounts
\n
Generate and manage new business opportunities
\n
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, revenue, accounts contacted)
\n
Maintain accurate CRM updates and communication records
\n
Follow up on meetings, events, and group accommodation opportunities
\n
Apply upselling strategies when handling client requests
\n
Offer alternative solutions when availability is limited
\n
Support business travel and individual booking inquiries
\n
Participate in focused sales initiatives and campaigns
\n
Requirements
\n
Bilingual or proficient Norwegian (C1–C2)
\n
Advanced English
\n
Sales background (mandatory)
\n
Strong organizational and communication skills
\n
Positive and proactive attitude
\n
Experience with MS xugodme Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
\n
Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
\n
Hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
\n
