The Role
We seek an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will be to act as a consultant for existing customers, enhancing client satisfaction. You will manage a specific client portfolio, foster long-term relationships, understand their processes and issues, and identify opportunities for product improvements and upselling.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their needs, and providing product updates.
* Serve as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries and needs.
* Identify upsell opportunities to increase value for clients and ensure their satisfaction.
* Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decisions and develop action plans for each client.
* Report trends, potential issues, and collaborate on solutions to improve customer journeys and our product.
* Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to meet company goals.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking, organizational skills, and technical savviness.
* Manage customer portfolios with at least 1 year of B2B experience; SaaS experience is a plus.
* Exhibit excellent communication and empathy skills.
* Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
* Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies.
* Experience with churn management, upselling, and working with KPIs.
* Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
