We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Travel Analyst for the Italia team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting all employees within our organization with travel arrangement inquiries. You will work closely with employees, travel agencies and other vendors to ensure smooth and efficient travel logistics.
The Corporate Travel Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining adherence to travel policies and budgets.
Responsibilities
1. Travel Planning & Support: Collaborate with employees to understand their travel needs and preferences, ensuring awareness of travel processes, approval flows, and policy requirements. Provide guidance on using booking systems and tools, assist with travel-related inquiries, issues, and emergencies, and coordinate with other departments to resolve problems promptly.
2. Corporate Card Program: Manage corporate credit card applications and account reconciliations. Act as the liaison between employees and the corporate card vendor for modifications, adjustments, and issue resolution. Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain accounts up to date, avoiding overdue amounts and late fees.
3. Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Travel Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel arrangements, expenses, and employee communications. Ensure proper documentation and case management in compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Skills and Experience
5. Proven experience in Corporate Travel, Travel and Expenses, Compliance or similar role is preferred.
6. Advanced English and Italian (C1 or above) mandatory
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
9. Familiarity with travel booking systems, online travel portals
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing travel needs and time zones and work occasional national holidays as required.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software is a plus.
