We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and fully remote Traffic Manager to become the operational backbone of our creative production team. We need someone who can hold the entire system together, tracking every moving part, keeping everyone accountable, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The Role in Context

You'll sit at the center of our creative operations, reporting directly to the Creative Lead. Our strategists own the ideation and client approval process. You own everything around it: timelines, resource allocation, delivery coordination, and operational visibility. You're the person who always knows the status of every project, every client, and every team member's bandwidth. When deadlines slip or resources are stretched, you catch it before it becomes a problem.

Key Responsibilities Production Scheduling & Traffic Management
* Own and manage production timelines across all active client accounts, scheduling deliverables in coordination with clients and the creative team.
* Maintain a real-time view of all active projects and their statuses. Nothing should move without you knowing.
* Proactively identify bottlenecks and flag risks before they impact delivery.
Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning
* Distribute work across the team of AI producers, designers, and editors based on capacity, skill fit, and priority.
* Monitor individual workloads to prevent overloading and ensure consistent output quality.
* Anticipate resource needs ahead of high-demand periods and plan accordingly.
Cross-Team Coordination
* Act as the connective tissue between strategists, creatives, and UA managers. You make sure everyone has what they need, when they need it.
* Keep strategists accountable to deadlines while shielding them from operational noise so they can focus on strategy and ideation.
* Facilitate clear handoffs between team members at every production stage.
Briefing & Intake Management
* Manage the intake process for new briefs, ensuring all necessary information is captured before production kicks off.
* Standardize briefing templates and workflows so every project starts clean and aligned.
* Work with strategists to translate client briefs into actionable production tasks in Asana.
Client Communication (Operational)
* Schedule production timelines directly with clients, setting clear expectations on delivery windows.
* Serve as the operational point of contact for status updates, keeping clients informed without requiring strategist involvement for routine check‑ins.
* Manage client‑specific packages, preferences, and recurring considerations across ~20 active accounts.
Tooling & Operations
* Own and optimize the team's Asana workspace: project structures, task templates, and workflow standards.
* Manage tool subscriptions, software access, and license tracking across the team.
* Track and report on team hours, utilization, and delivery metrics using Excel / Google Sheets dashboards.
* Continuously improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and reduce operational friction.
Required Experience & Skills Hard Skills
* 1-3 years of experience in a traffic management, production coordination, creative production or other creative operations role, ideally within a digital agency or performance marketing environment.
* Familiarity with creative asset delivery workflows and best practices.
* Hands‑on experience with Asana or similar project management tools. You don't need to have used our exact stack, but you should be comfortable picking it up and owning it.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking capacity, deliveries, and reporting.
* Comfortable using Slack and Google Suite for day‑to‑day coordination.
* Able to manage multiple concurrent projects across different clients without things slipping.
* Clear and reliable communicator, both internally and with clients.

* Exceptionally organized with a natural instinct to document, systematize, and follow through.
* Strong communicator: clear, direct, and reliable with both clients and internal team members.
* High accountability: you own your responsibilities and don't wait to be chased.
* Collaborative and low‑ego. You make the people around you more effective.
* Calm under pressure and able to reprioritize quickly when the unexpected happens.
Bonus Points (we value a lot!)
* Experience working with AI‑powered production teams or tools.
* Background in paid social or performance creative production environments.
* Experience building traffic management systems or operational frameworks from scratch.
* Strong background in creative production or creative project management.
