Position Summary.
As a Web Project Analyst, you will define and coordinate the technical evolution of our core web-based platforms, ensuring they are scalable to support the company's projected growth.
You will act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business strategies into technical realities. Your scope includes our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-Commerce platforms, our B2B Wholesale portals, and our Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
You will focus on refining internal procedures, managing requirements, and overseeing testing processes to guarantee that all deliverables meet high quality standards and align perfectly with business needs.
Responsibilities.
* Project Lifecycle Management: Define the scope of work, manage project tasks, and monitor the technical implementation of solutions. You will be responsible for the timeline, technical approach, and quality standards of the final product.
* Business-to-Technical Translation: Gather requirements with stakeholders. Translate these needs into clear technical specifications for development teams to implement.
* Stakeholder Management: Maintain fluid, open communication channels with diverse internal teams to ensure new processes are properly adopted and aligned with company strategy.
* Solution Design & Vendor Coordination: Propose scalable technical solutions and coordinate with external partners/agencies for implementation.
* Operational Maintenance: You will oversee operational maintenance and evolutionary updates post-launch
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables function correctly and solve the specific business problems identified during the scoping phase.
Requirements.
* Experience: Proven experience bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution (e.g., as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager).
* Technical Fluency: Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS/React) and backend concepts (Java, SQL). Note: You do not need to be a developer, but you must be able to "speak the language" of the engineering team.
* Soft Skills: Strong initiative, autonomous learning capability, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
* Languages: Professional level of English and Spanish is required
* Knowledge of SEO/GEO strategies.
* Experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP) or Retail Point of Sale (POS) software.
* An entrepreneurial mindset or experience with personal tech side-projects.
* A genuine passion for e-commerce, fashion, and footwear.
