The Engineering Team
Our engineering team builds the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that provide first‐class service to members, health professionals, and internal stakeholders.
We use Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL. Our process is simple: product decisions are made by the same people who build them.

* Build provider‐facing platforms that streamline healthcare operations for thousands of medical professionals across Spain.
* Ship AI‐powered tools that help members navigate care, from booking appointments to finding specialists.
* Create delightful mobile and web experiences that put members in control of their health journey.
* Build global‐first infrastructure designed for reusability across multiple markets.
* Own critical product decisions as a domain expert, shaping how Alan delivers healthcare in Spain.
* Innovate on healthcare delivery by building tools that bridge the gap between insurance, providers, and members.
Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years of engineering experience in a product‐first environment.
* High‐impact mindset, comfortable tackling high‐risk projects with many engineers.
* Experience designing efficient systems and engineering practices that enable cross‐team collaboration.
* Mentoring and hiring experience preferred.
Qualifications
* Well‐versed in Object‐Oriented Programming (Python, Java, C#, etc.) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript.
* Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript; prior experience in both not required.
* Passionate about building products and confident in end‐to‐end delivery.
* Self‐starting, entrepreneurial, and humble with a desire to grow.
* Collaborative, eager to teach and learn, and fluent in English.
