We are looking for a German Client Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. If youre passionate about providing top-tier customer service, building relationships, and working in an international environment, this is your chance to shine!
What you'll be doing:
* Manage and support a portfolio of German-speaking clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Provide exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth experience for clients
What were looking for:
* Fluent in German (native or C1 level) and good command of English (B1+)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust
* Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus, but not required
* EU work permit or valid visa for Spain
