Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. Responsibilities include scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer needs, and proposing solutions. The ISR maintains regular contact to ensure renewals, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to strengthen customer relationships, leading to increased sales and quota achievement.
Your role in our mission :
* Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting planning, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
* Identify customer requirements and match them to Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
* Support contract renewals by engaging with clients, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk customers.
* Drive solutions sales through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand Iron Mountain's footprint and revenue.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with customer service, operations, and sales teams for a seamless experience.
* Utilize CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and promote profitable growth.
* Build strong customer relationships, understanding their organizational goals and acting as an industry expert.
Valued skills and experience :
* Proven ability to close sales by driving next steps and overcoming objections, with strong consultative and negotiation skills.
* Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English; experience selling to customers in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
* Consistent prospecting for new business via phone, email, and social selling strategies.
* Ability to qualify opportunities by understanding decision processes, budgets, and buying motives.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), social media, and data analysis tools.
