Your Role
We are looking for aSales Development Assistant, who will be pivotal in brand building for Affinity, working with the entire SD team to deliver promotions, activations and communications, which really add value to the customers.
Sales Development Assistant will assist Sales Development team across all Affinity brands in the Spanish market to deliver annual plans across the Specialist Channel.
What you will do
1. Become the Retail Execution Key User, nurturing the system by uploading promo plans and surveys, helping with report creation, and solving user incidents.
2. Support the team with the creation and management of digital promotional material, ensuring our brand's message is consistent and engaging across all platforms.
3. Assist with creating and updating key dashboards and reports to support commercial decision-making.
4. Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales to support in-store excellence initiatives.
5. Create and maintain promotional and merchandising codes and materials.
What we are looking for
6. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
7. 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or business analysis (internships welcome)
8. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
9. Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and basic data visualization tools (. Power BI); Spaceman nice to have
10. Curious and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
11. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
12. Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
13. Passion for FMCG, retail dynamics, and consumer behaviour
