Role Overview:
As an Automotive Customer Advisor, you will act as the primary contact for customers requiring technical assistance. You’ll address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, solution-focused guidance. Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Germany (C2) and English (B2)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Irish residency card
- Experience: 2 years in of experience in Technical Customer Support and/or Customer Support
