Role Summary
Lead and scale manufacturing, integration, and test operations for satellite hardware and related space systems. Own delivery, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across facilities, teams, and production programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead satellite assembly, integration, and testing operations end-to-end
* Build, manage, and develop multi-disciplinary engineering and production teams
* Own production planning, capacity, and on-time delivery for flight hardware
* Ensure high standards for quality, safety, and technical documentation
* Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and mission teams
* Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
* Oversee facilities, equipment, and production readiness for new programs
Core Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership in manufacturing, AIT, or technical operations within space or advanced hardware environments
* Strong production planning and cross-functional coordination experience
* Track record of building and scaling high-performing technical teams
* Experience improving reliability, throughput, and quality in complex systems
* Comfortable solving multi-disciplinary technical and operational challenges
* Bonus: experience with RF systems, payloads, or radio-frequency testing environments
