SANTANDER CONSUMER FINANCE GLOBAL SERVICES is looking for a CYBER INFORMATION PROTECTION ANALYST (IAM/DLP) based in our Boadilla del Monte (MADRID) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a CYBER INFORMATION PROTECTION ANALYST (IAM/DLP), you will oversee Information Protection tasks related to Data Loss Prevention and Identity & Access Management for all SCF Units under scope (14 entities in 16 countries). You will support the Information Protection unit in SCF Western Hub, HQ, and Global Services. You will be part of the SCF Information Protection Team and coordinate with the rest of the SCF Cyber Security Teams.
* Support IAM audits, including SOX IAM control and deficiencies.
* Track and oversee the deployment of DLP controls, including escalation and decision support on alerts and potential data leaks.
* Support the coordination of DLP services and forums.
* Maintain open communication with local focal points of other Consumer Countries and Cybersecurity Global.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
EDUCATION
STEM-related career, Cybersecurity certifications.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Experience with IAM, SOX IAM, and PAM.
* Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Proactive with strong ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
* Documentation and presentation skills.
* Strong organization and planning skills.
* Workload management ability.
OTHER INFORMATION
Travel mainly within European countries if needed (not frequent).
