What you will do:
We are looking for a qualified receptionist to work at the Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona to welcome as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming greeting;
a person who has the patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and can improve experience of hotel guests.
Main responsibilities:
* Make the check-in and check-out for our guests.
* Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
* Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
* Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
* Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options.
* Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
* Communicate with Housekeepers, Maintenance and Restaurants Departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.

* Ability to communicate in English.
* Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude.
