About Tech Pipeline:
We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical: we help businesses untangle the systems, workflows, and integrations that have quietly stopped working the way they should. We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real problems, and the people we hire are expected to engage with that work, not just execute tasks from a queue.
The Role:
This role is linked to an active client engagement in Spain. You will communicate directly with a Spanish-speaking team, so conversational Spanish is a strict requirement here, not just a checkbox.
You will build and maintain web interfaces, internal applications, and client-facing components that support delivery tasks across the engagement. Some of it involves new development. Other parts involve picking up existing code and improving it.
The daily work varies. In any given week, you might be wiring up a form that feeds a reporting flow, refactoring a messy component, or joining a call with the Spanish team to clarify what a specific piece of the system should actually do.
You will receive support, but never be micromanaged. We expect you to take responsibility for your output, ask questions if something is unclear, and flag issues before they become expensive problems.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Creating and maintaining web interfaces and UI components for the Spanish project
* Integrating APIs and internal tools so data goes where it needs to go
* Communicating in Spanish with the client team over writing and on calls
* Keeping the codebase clean, documented, and ready for hand-off
* Helping build internal tooling that supports how Tech Pipeline runs
* Flagging things when they do not make sense, technically or otherwise
You need to have:
* Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Comfortable using at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred, Vue or Angular is fine)
* Ability to read and work inside codebases you did not write
* Familiar with Git and standard version control workflows
* Conversational Spanish, both written and spoken
* Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have:
* Experience with REST APIs or basic backend integration
* Understanding of how data flows between systems, not just UI work
* Any exposure to a consulting or client-facing environment
* Familiarity with process or operations tooling
We are not looking for someone who has done everything. We are looking for someone who picks things up, takes ownership, and does not need problems explained twice.
What Working Here Looks Like:
* Fully remote. Work from wherever you are in Spain. Async-first with video syncs when needed.
* Real client work. The Spanish project is active and moving, not a backlog of speculative features.
* Small team, clear ownership. You will know what you are responsible for.
* Room to grow. This is a junior role, but we expect you to grow into more over time. If you are curious about the operations and architecture side of what we do, that is a good sign.
