Key Responsibilities :
* Design and implement data strategies aligned with business goals to generate actionable insights.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
* Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
* Write complex SQL queries, manage database structures, and optimize database performance.
* Utilize spreadsheet tools for advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
* Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth data flow, integration, and quality.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
* Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level to align data initiatives with business needs.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
* Handle high workloads with strong ownership and accountability.
Requirements
* Mastery in Data Processes: Ability to analyze complex data processes and design scalable solutions.
* Advanced Data Analytics & Reporting: Expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
* SQL & Database Management: Advanced SQL skills and experience managing databases.
* Proficiency in Spreadsheets & Office Tools: Mastery of Excel and other tools for analysis and presentation.
* Experience with Data Pipelines and Engineering: Familiarity with data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
* Proficiency in Python and/or other analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation.
Preferred Qualifications :
* Experience with Machine Learning: Exposure to ML techniques and predictive analytics models.
