brHandle and manage inquiries from high-profile customers
brIdentify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
brFollow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools
brRepresent a premium automotive brand while ensuring the highest quality standards

brNative or C2-level German
brAdvanced English (minimum B2)
brPrevious experience in customer service
