Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and establish a list of target customers,
* Develop customer relationships through email, phone, and social networks,
* Present solutions to potential targets and facilitate adoption,
* Collaborate with the growth team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Community Acquisition and Growth
Main Objectives:
* Activate, develop, and retain a network of external partners (freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment agencies, etc.),
* Maintain alignment between customer requirements and provider proposals,
* Nurture strong business relationships with partners and customers,
* Monitor current projects within your scope,
* Oversee the financial aspects of your profit centre.
Candidate Profile
We Are Looking For:
* A Master's degree from a top academic institution,
* An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow LittleBig Connection in a new market,
* A results-driven approach with a focus on success,
* Excellent communication skills,
* The ability to deliver results,
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
