Our client, a very well established, multi-brand iGaming operator are on the lookout for a TikTok specialist to help curate the platform's marketing strategy and grow its following.
Responsibilities
- Develop a TikTok-first content strategy aligned with brand values and market-specific culture.
- Identify trends, formats, and sounds early and adapt them for the brand.
- Ideate, script, and brief TikTok campaigns, working with creators, editors, and in-house colleagues to produce cutting edge content.
- Optimise hooks, captions, hashtags, and posting times as part of a consistent posting cadence.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on insights.
- Weekly and monthly channel reports with clear learnings and recommendations, delivering against KPI framework to include key metrics for views & reach, average watch time, follower growth, engagement (shares, saves, comments), and brand conversion KPIs.
- Build communities of influencers and recruit a brand squad, jumping on trends, curating grass roots hype accounts, while sourcing and managing UGC campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience growing TikTok accounts and communities.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and algorithms.
- Track record of producing or managing successful short-form video content.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills in English.
- Years of paid TikTok Ads experience and a finger on the pulse of platform dynamics, tech and feature advancements.
- A thorough understanding of the sports landscape and a fervent passion for delivering topical, relevant and engaging content that taps into trending conversations.
- Experience with brands related to sports and or iGaming is preferred but not essential.
