As the Station Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of fleet operations, including the garage and outsourced teams. Your goal is to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and achieving station business development targets.**Key Responsibilities:****1. Human Management:*** Lead and develop fleet staff, including hikers and maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values.* Train staff to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and service level agreements.* Conduct and log safety meetings with fleet staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.**2. Daily Fleet Operations:*** Oversee the timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines.* Review reservations, returns, and fleet status daily to maintain operational efficiency.* Manage the damage assessment process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.* Continuously seek process improvements to optimize vehicle servicing, in-fleet preparation, and disposal.* Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity, attendance, and inventory usage for consumables, tires, and parts.**3.
