The Offer:
* Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a strong first impression and growing your portfolio.

* Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
* Bilingual Swedish and fluent in English.
1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
* Bonus points if you have experience with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
* Be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and expanding your portfolio.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies.
