This includes handling offers and orders, preparing export documentation, and ensuring that production and shipment schedules are correctly aligned across multiple factories and logistics partners.br /You will act as a central point of contact between customers, sales, logistics, and operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service at all times.br /Key Responsibilities:br /Processing customer offers and orders accurately and efficiently.br /Providing high-level international customer service support.br /Organizing and coordinating export and shipping processes, prioritizing according to needs and urgencies.br /Coordinating production schedules with the 5 main factories.br /Liaising with logistics coordinators to ensure timely shipments.br /Acting as a key communication link between customers, sales, logistics, and operations.br /Ensuring smooth order flow from request to final delivery.br /Understanding and applying customer requirements according to the different regulations and needs of more than 100 countries where the company operates.br /Supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes.br /Academic Background:br /Education or training in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields is valued.br /Vocational training or equivalent practical experience will be considered.br /Relevant experience in customer service, export operations, or administrative/logistics roles is highly appreciatedbr /Professional Experience:br /Experience in international customer service.br /Experience in export operations, logistics, or order management is highly valued.br /Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems is highly desirable.br /Skills Competencies:br /Strong customer service orientation.br /Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.br /Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.br /High attention to detail and accuracy.br /Team player with the ability to work independently.br /Strong communication and coordination skills.br /Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.br /Languages:br /Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
