WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe Operational Excellence Manager will be part of the SCIB Global Team in Service & Delivery Management. You will define and implement a Quality Framework to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement, manage improvement processes, implement lean methodologies, track KPIs, and facilitate stakeholder improvements. Your communication and coordination skills will foster collaboration and drive operational excellence across IT teams and countries.
Responsibilities include:
Define & implement SCIB Global Quality Framework for data quality and service measurement.
Lead process management initiatives, prioritize improvements.
Track and analyze KPIs to identify trends and improvement areas.
Maintain relationships with SCIB domains, acting as an interface between business and IT.
Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and track an Operational Excellence maturity model.
Experience & Skills
Experience setting high expectations, reporting, and analyzing KPIs at an executive level.
Knowledge of structured problem solving tools (DMAIC, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
Proven problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Experience in changing IT operations processes and procedures.
EducationBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering, or similar. A Master’s in Finance, Business, or Computer Science is advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge
Innovative, creative, and improvement-oriented.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt, embrace change, and handle complexity and uncertainty.
Proficient in English;
Spanish is an advantage.
Job-specific competencies
Experience in data-driven process improvement.
Experience in defining IT Quality Models.
