WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Proven expertise (4-6+ years) as a Business Analyst in transformation or change initiatives, preferably within international environments.
- Strong background in Business Administration, Management, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
- Solid understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Strong interest in AI technologies and ability to stay updated on emerging tech trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory for international collaboration); Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive innovation mindset.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Engage with integral stakeholders to uncover business needs, document requirements, and identify process inefficiencies.
- Design and document process improvements, system enhancements, and AI-driven solutions for transformation projects.
- Facilitate seamless communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors across time zones.
- Support change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and AI tools.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking; lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.
- Define KPIs, monitor project outcomes, and prepare data-driven reports for leadership.
- Research industry best practices and emerging AI technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business workflows and system performance.
