As part of this challenge, you will coordinate purchasing activities for several projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Purchasing coordination for several projects, comprising:
1. Need definition, purchase approvals.
2. Provider selection, negotiating purchasing terms and conditions.
3. Purchase Order placement and progress tracking.
4. Goods-in side co-ordination: reception, incoming inspection, inventory, materials warehousing/release to production
5. Reporting to project responsibles on purchase requests status
6. Transfer software licenses to final customers and Management of some suppliers services
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for candidates with experience in working with modern standard COTS computing/networking hardware and COTS software, either in purchasing/selling or integration/configuration of these products. Additionally, candidates should have proficiency level working with the MS Office toolset.
We will also value:
Familiarity with the Atlassian Jira/Confluence toolset.
Knowledge of COTS software licenses, licensing, and dimensioning.
