Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the general procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and develop international sourcing initiatives across diverse markets.
- Optimize supplier selection, negotiation processes, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key global suppliers and partners.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities while ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and senior leadership teams.

Requirements
- Proven track record as a Procurement Director or similar senior role in an international environment.
- Strong experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries (road freight is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing multicultural teams and working across geographies.
