WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Present and provide financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports)
* Ensure that regular meetings are held for cost reviews, budgetary control
* Lead all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
* Lead local finance teams
* Standardize and harmonize local finance and accounting process
* Initiate improvement projects to ensure efficient local finance processes
* Ensure local accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS's) are met
* Lead period closing activities for PME branches
* Collaborate with executives and directors to create business plans and track key performance indicators
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and governance, including JSOX coordination
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* University degree in financial / economic studies or similar education and experience
* At least years in the accounting experience
* Experience of working in a centralized European team
* Good time management and organizational skills
* High attention to detail, quality and accuracy
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
* Works well under pressure and embraces challenges
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Knowledge of SAP S4
* Fluent in English
* Experience in working with IFRS would be an asset
