PositionAccount Manager (Europe) – Orient Watches (Location: Barcelona, Spain;
Milano, Italy;
Watford, United Kingdom). Hybrid workplace;

Responsibilities
Evaluate distributor performance.
Support partner‐led sales strategies.
Manage channel marketing investment.
Develop plans to improve or replace underperforming partners.
Contribute to transition toward more direct retail engagement.
Sales Process
Develop and implement the business sales plan for designated customer/reseller base to generate business growth and maximise sales of relevant products.
Understand addressable market size and potential and use information to support distributors and develop existing business portfolio.
Research, identify and engage potential distributors in new European territories.
In conjunction with Business Management, define and develop go-to-market plan.
Qualify all prospects using agreed metrics, develop the profile of the distributors and their marketing plans.
Produce account plans for each key customer including key criteria (budget, data, stakeholder analysis), solution and all engaged 3rd party providers, and value proposition and technical benefits identified.
Monitor and evaluate market activities and take appropriate actions to maintain competitive advantage.
Monitor and report authorised and unauthorised online advertising and sales.
Ensure effective execution of the marketing strategy through distributors.
Communication
Develop strong relationships with key decision makers within target market sectors.
Develop long‐term relationships with distributors and external key influencers.
Actively engage with Sales Support and functional teams (e.G., Marketing) to maximise service and customer satisfaction.
Reporting
Production of all promotional project plans in a clearly visible format.
Analyse and track sales against budget, providing accurate and timely forecasts based on deal potential in the sales pipeline.
Identify key products for each market and collect forecast enrichment.
Collect, analyse and clearly report market conditions on a partner/region basis.
Qualifications
Experience working within the watch sector (or closely related).
Ability to both build new relationships and nurture existing ones.
Commercially aware and numerate, used to operating in a solutions‐driven environment.
Experience working with key decision makers to develop account plans and implement tactical solutions.
Strong negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
Ability to understand and manage priorities and risk in commercial terms.
Fluency in French and/or German would be beneficial but not essential.
Ability to travel within Europe.
