About Oxtaz
Oxtaz is a fast-growing startup aiming to become a leader in the online gaming industry, with a strong focus on poker. We are currently building a next-generation educational poker platform (SaaS) called OptimusPoker and have recently opened our office in Malaga.

The Role : Senior Digital Marketer (poker, gaming)
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer who can drive execution and growth, not just strategy.
You will work with the CEO and our marketing officer to define marketing direction and will be responsible for organizing, launching, and scaling campaigns.
A key current challenge is creative production bottlenecks. While this role is primarily focused on marketing execution, it is a strong plus if you can produce visual assets yourself or efficiently manage their production.
You will also collaborate closely with a junior marketer and ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
You will recruit and manage freelancers and subcontractors.
What You'll DoStrategy to Execution
- Translate company objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Organize and execute campaigns across multiple channels
- Prioritize initiatives and ensure delivery
Campaign Management & Growth
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok...)
- Paid acquisition (PPC)
- SEO & content marketing
- Email & automation
- Optimize acquisition funnels and conversion performance
- Improve website performance and landing pages
Creative Production (Key Focus)
- Identify and resolve creative bottlenecks
- Coordinate or produce marketing assets such as:
- Social media creatives & ads
- Blog visuals
- Landing pages
- Presentations & brochures (PDFs)
- Web banners & thumbnails
- Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Manage freelancers, designers, and external agencies when needed
Important : This is not a pure designer role — but being able to create assets yourself or guide production efficiently is a strong advantage.
Team Collaboration
- Work punctualy with the CEO on direction and priorities
- Collaborate with and support a junior marketing profile on daily basis
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and production
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Implement tracking, tools, and reporting
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve results
What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- Strong experience in digital marketing (5+ years preferred), especially growth marketing, Hook method, AARRR framework
- Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end
- Hands-on knowledge of modern platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Data focused, analytical, autonomous, xcskxlj proactive, and results-driven
Highly Valued
- Experience in online poker or gambling or modern online industries
- Ability to create marketing assets (design, video, or basic editing),
- OR strong experience managing creative production
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut, Semrush, Grammarly, HeyGen, Google suite, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Knowledge of the online poker industry and culture
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
