Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and recalibrate statistical models to drive sales-driven insights, tracking KPI evolution to identify opportunities and risks. You will collaborate with global teams to refine models and standardize analytics processes, supporting data-driven decision making across regions. You’ll collect and structure data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in analytical tools and processes. This is a hands-on position that blends modelling, data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to enable general planning excellence.

• Build, refine and recalibrate statistical models and algorithms to meet business needs and sales behavior
• Track and analyze KPI trends (weekly/monthly/yearly) to uncover opportunities or risks
• Collaborate with dx and other teams on model improvements and requirements
• Support process excellence, adherence and standardization through data analytics
• Collect, process and analyze multi-source data to derive insights
• Work with regional and cross-functional teams to tailor models to region specifics

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; strong Data Science focus; Master in Data Science is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science or related role; FMCG experience a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical capabilities with effective communication
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment
