Growth Marketing Manager SVibe · Valencia, Spain · Full-time, On-site €36,000–€43,000 gross/year (all-in) · Reports to: Founder brThe short version We're a sexual wellness startup with strong organic revenue and a clear path to scale. We need a growth marketer who can run our influencer program, manage our agency roster, and turn what's working into a repeatable system — with real budget and P L visibility behind it. brAbout SVibe Small team. Global brand. Fast pace. We sell direct-to-consumer across multiple markets, and every person on the team has outsized impact. If you want a role where your work shows up in the numbers within weeks — not quarters — this is it. brWhat the role looks like You'll sit at the center of SVibe's B2 C engine, with influencer marketing as the primary growth channel: brInfluencer program: You own it. Sourcing creators, managing relationships, running campaigns, analyzing ROI, and scaling what converts. This is the biggest part of the role. brAgencies: You'll manage a roster of specialist agencies (paid media, email, marketplace, crowdfunding). Your job is to brief well, review critically, and push for better when the output isn't there. brChannels: Meta, Google, email, influencer, Amazon, Shopify — you won't be deep in every platform, but you'll know enough to ask the right questions and spot what's underperforming. brNumbers: You'll have full visibility into the B2 C P L. Revenue, spend, margins — you'll use these to decide where to double down and where to pull back. brWebsite: You're the person making sure SVibe.com converts — from homepage to checkout. brBrand alignment: You'll work closely with our Content Manager to make sure growth and brand move together, not apart. You're a fit if brYou have 3–5 years of marketing experience and a trajectory that shows you level up fast brYou've run influencer campaigns or programs and know what separates a good creator partnership from a vanity metric brYou've been the person managing the agencies, not working inside one (or you're ready to make that switch) brYou're commercially sharp — CAC, LTV, ROAS are part of your vocabulary, not just your slide decks brYou're a generalist who can context-switch between influencer outreach, creative review, data analysis, and vendor management without breaking stride brYou're self-directed, high-standards, and energized by working in a category that requires confidence and taste brFluent in English Bonus points brHands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms brDTC or e-commerce background brYou've worked at a startup before and know what "small team, big ambition" actually means What you get brA real seat at the table — not a cog in a machine brDirect line to the founder; decisions happen fast brA brand people actually talk about, in a category that's only growing brA clear growth path: as channels scale, you'll help shape the team around you brValencia — great quality of life, and a team that's serious about building the best company in the industry
