Country Enrollment Manager

The Country Enrollment Manager is responsible for executing student recruitment strategies and supervising the Enrollment Officer to ensure a seamless admissions experience. This role bridges the gap between strategic planning (led by the Director of Enrollment) and operational execution, ensuring recruitment efforts align with Les Roches' enrollment goals and student experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Enrollment Execution:
o Implement and execute the student recruitment strategy in line with institutional goals.
o Actively engage with high schools, universities, recruitment agents, and educational partners.
o Oversee and support the Enrollment Officer in managing student inquiries and applications.
2. Relationship Management & Outreach:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, universities, educational counselors, and industry partners.
o Represent Les Roches at education fairs, industry events, and promotional activities.
o Act as a key liaison with recruitment agents, referral partners, and other external stakeholders.
3. Supervision & Team Development:
o Directly supervise and mentor the Country Enrollment Officer, ensuring efficiency in student application processing and admissions support.
o Ensure all student interactions meet high service standards and align with Les Roches’ brand values.
o Provide ongoing training and development to the Enrollment Officer.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
o Track and analyze enrollment trends to refine recruitment strategies.
o Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
o Report key enrollment metrics and recruitment progress to the Director of Enrollment.
5. Event & Outreach Coordination:
o Organize and oversee recruitment events, information sessions, open days, and campus visits.
o Ensure smooth event logistics and effective student engagement during promotional activities.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination:
o Work closely with marketing, finance, and academic teams to align recruitment efforts with institutional priorities.
o Ensure efficient communication between admissions, finance, and enrollment teams to support students throughout the application-to-enrollment process.
7. Education and Professional Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
8. Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales within the education sector.
o Experience managing admissions processes and recruitment pipelines.
9. Knowledge and Skills:
o Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
o Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills.
o Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to manage and mentor junior team members effectively.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
o Willingness to travel for recruitment events when needed.
