Responsibilities
* Functional decision-making and definition of migration rules to ensure that migration processes align with business needs.
* Coordination with the teams contributing to the project.
* Define and prioritize the migration team’s tasks to ensure project objectives are met. This includes identifying critical tasks, prioritizing them, and creating a work plan together with the development team.
* Main point of contact for all migration-related matters. This includes communication with stakeholders, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
* Detailed reporting on migration progress and advising on appropriate strategies. This includes report creation, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actions.
* Documentation of migration processes.
Requirements
* Experience in managing complex projects and programs within a landscape of diverse systems, ideally with a background in data migration.
* Ability to understand complex problems and communicate them effectively to various stakeholders (development team, accounting, CFO, CTO).
* Knowledge of ERP systems and processes, with a particular focus on billing and accounting aspects in SAP.
* C1 level English.
* Experience with AGILE methodologies.
Desirable
* Knowledge of German.
* Knowledge of Infor LN ERP.
* Knowledge of the JIRA tool.
