Following our acquisition of the spend management platform Yokoy, we are creating a seamless, all-in-one solution for business travel and expenses. We are looking for an experienced, German-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to be a strategic partner to our most valued clients in the DACH region.
Deliver strategic business reviews to senior stakeholders, leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights and demonstrate the value of Perk.
Master the entire Perk product suite, including the newly acquired Yokoy spend management solution, to effectively consult with clients on best practices.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth product rollouts.
Native or near-native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar strategic client-facing role, preferably within SaaS, Travel Tech or Fin Tech.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
